Pattie's Creations Design Challenge #22

NO, NO, NO CARDS - Challenge #22 Welcome to Challenge #22, where our theme is  ANYTHING BUT A CARD!  JUST REMEMBER, if you use an image from Pattie's Creations, you will get an extra entry to win!  Stop over at her Etsy Store and browse around.  There are FREEBIES too.

I used a new image 'Pocket Watch' for my tag.
I used Distress crackle paint for the outer edge, let it dry and filled the dialers of the watch with a thick layer of Gloss heavy gel medium and crossed my fingers that i wouldn't let the ink run out -
