Pattie's Creations Design Challenge #22

The challenge starts now and ends Thursday, June 2nd at 1PM CST (Central Standard Time).

I used a new image 'Pocket Watch' for my tag.
I used Distress crackle paint for the outer edge, let it dry and filled the dialers of the watch with a thick layer of Gloss heavy gel medium and crossed my fingers that i wouldn't let the ink run out -
