Hi Linda.Beautiful mixed media page. Donna Downey is one I visit and she is very good. Also try Teesha Moore (USA) - different but fun, also lookout for Jane Davenport (Australia)and see her free techniques. I have just done an online class with them and learn't so much. Practice is the key and this challenge really helps towards that.

Very cool art journal pages. Love the texture and the muted colors you've added to the background. Those red poppies are really striking! I'm just getting into Pan Pastels a little bit and I love them! Loving the antique bicycle,too. That black is also very striking on your background.
